What to eat in Germany?

If you visit Germany you must absolutely taste some typical and delicious dishes before returning home. For a tipically German lunch or dinner you can’t miss the famous Currywurst, a grilled pork sausage sprinkled with a mixture of curry and ketchup that can be served with fried or a bread roll. Currywurst is the most famous German street food and can be easily found in small kiosks. Among the other tasty dishes to taste don’t miss the  pretzels or the wide choice of roasts and meats (Schweinbraten…). In the German cuisine there is no shortage of desserts, among the best known the Kugelhupf, the Käsekuchen, the Scwarzwälder Kirschtorte and the Berliner ballen.

The Oktoberfest

In Munich, in charming Bavaria, you can take part in the Oktoberfest every year. It is the world’s largest Volksfest, featuring a beer festival.
