Santa Claus Village is a unique amusement park where hundreds of thousands of visitors from all over the world come every year to meet Santa Claus. Santa Claus Village is a tourist park just north of Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland and is the official residence of Santa Claus. A number of shops, attractions and family-run accommodation make it a fun and beautiful place, one of the dream places to savor the authentic Finnish holiday season.

It is located inside the Village and every year receives hundreds of thousands of letters full of dreams, hopes and wishes from all over the world.
Every year, during the Christmas period and to those who request it, Santa Claus sends more than one hundred thousand Personalized Letters with the name of the recipient, child or adult.
The nice surprise is that each letter is written on special paper, envelopes and collectible stamps. Elves, nice and diligent , then they will send the letter with authentic special stamp of the True Santa Claus. The official place to meet Santa Claus in the Village is his office. It is the dominant building and it is impossible not to see it. The tall central tower is well lit and the Arctic Circle line runs right in the centre of it. Inside it has a gift shop and meeting Santa Claus here, just for a few minutes, is a pleasure even if the waiting lines are long.

Buses and trains from Helsinki: around nine hours to reach Rovaniemi. In Rovaniemi you can find the “ Santa Express ” bus which leaves from Rovaniemi and takes you directly to Santa Claus Village.
Taxi: There are no direct connection between Rovaniemi Airport and Santa Claus Village. A taxi ride is approximately 4 km.
